Navigating the Chirp™ Dashboard

The Chirp™ Dashboard is the creator command center. It displays how content is performing, what’s getting clicks, and how much revenue is being generated.

Once creators add their Chirp URL to their bios, they can start attracting traffic and monitor directly from the Dashboard.

Each section of the Dashboard includes a small info icon (ⓘ)—hovering over it will display helpful definitions directly in the product.

Below is a breakdown of each section and what it means:

  • Your Balance – Reflects revenue from the latest payout cycle. This may be included in the next payout, but it's not guaranteed. The amount is calculated by adding total revenue and subtracting completed payouts (i.e., processed payments that have been sent to the creator's account ).
  • Total Payout – The total amount paid to the creator within a selected time frame. If corrections (like adjustments for errors or payment disputes) were made during the period, the total will include an asterisk (*). A link to view full payment history is included for transparency.
  • Views – The number of times a Chirp page has been viewed by visitors within the selected date range.
  • Unique Users – The count of distinct visitors to your Chirp page within a selected date range. Each visitor is only counted once per timeframe, even if they visit the page multiple times. The number resets depending on the date range selected.
  • Estimated Revenue – The original ad revenue amount before any adjustments, calculated over the selected time frame.
  • Traffic by Device – Shows a breakdown of what devices visitors used to access the page (e.g., mobile, desktop, or tablet). Useful for understanding how audiences are browsing.
  • Traffic by Country – Displays the geographic location of page visitors, broken down by country and shown as a percentage.
  • Top Referrers – Identifies the channels or platforms sending the most traffic to a Chirp page (e.g., personal site, search, or social media tools).
  • Trending Products –  Shows engagement data for the product links featured on your Chirp page. In the Products section, creators can add items and place them in custom placements—like next to YouTube videos. These can include your own products, brand collabs, or affiliate links. This section helps you quickly see which products are getting the most attention from your audience.
  • Trending Posts – Creators can link their TikTok, YouTube and Instagram platforms to Chirp. By linking them, they can monitor visitor engagement data by post, with filtering options for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Page and Date Filters

Creators managing multiple Chirp bio links or reviewing trends over time can use filters built into the Dashboard.

  • Page Filter – Located under "All Pages." Click the dropdown to select a specific Chirp page and view its individual performance metrics.
  • Date Filter – Found to the right under "Current Month." Click the dropdown to choose a time range:
    • Last Month
    • Last Three Months
    • Last Six Months
    • All Time

These filters help creators analyze performance by page and time period, providing flexibility when reviewing traffic, earnings, and engagement.
