How to Make a Page Sing

The Chirp™ bio link is a powerful tool for creators to express their personalities and brand. It's entirely customizable, making it easy and fun to create. From the layout and color scheme to the links and widgets, a creator’s bio link is an open invitation, saying, “Hey, come hang out a while and get to know me!”

*Starred items are required features.

Start Customizing Here

To start bringing personality to bio links, click Pages.

Click the “Create New” button. Or, if modifying an existing bio link, click “Edit Page.” Both take creators to “Edit Sections,” where the fun and creativity of customization takes flight.

Edit Sections

At the top right-hand side of the page are several buttons. A series of three buttons allows creators to see how their bio link appears on computers, tablets and mobile phones.

Next to this is a Paintbrush icon. Clicking this opens up an “Appearance” screen with options for Layouts and Color Themes.

A share button opens a Share Your Chirp window, with choices for adding updated bio links to socials or will open them on Chirp. It’s also possible to copy the creator’s Chirp link here.

Layout Options

There are two layouts to choose from:

  1. Cover, with a large square image followed by content of choice.
  2. Avatar, a small circle image followed by content of choice. Have fun and play around with the options to see which feels more brand-aligned.

Profile

  1. After choosing a layout option, hover over the main image. A pencil icon will appear.
  2. A profile box will appear.
  3. Load the preferred image for the main profile box.
  4. Ensure the name reflected is what should appear to followers. The name listed will be the name used upon sign up, but can be changed. For example, it’s possible to use a different name that might be used on social media accounts.
    1. Creators should take advantage of the bio area to give followers more information about their brand.
  5. Click 'Save Changes.'

Add a Color Theme

  1. At the top of the screen, click on the "paintbrush" icon.
  2. Ten eye-popping color themes available: Earth, Clay, Editorial, Graphite, Crimson, Bloom, Magnet, Moonlit, Olive, Indigo. Click through to see how each plays with the chosen template.
  3. A background image can be uploaded to use instead of a color. To do so, click 'Upload Image' within the 'Background' section.
  4. Click 'Save Changes.'

Ready to dig in deeper? Click the blue 'Add to Your Page' button on the bottom right-hand of the page.

Spotlight Video

Creators can add an intro video to share their story, promote their brand, or showcase something unique. To do so:

  1. Click on the intro video image on the left side of the navigation wizard.
  2. This moves to the 'Upload Video' page that’s set for uploading or deleting previously uploaded videos.

Social Integrations

The Widget section allows for adding social media accounts - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - as standalone sections and/or as a "mosaic" with the accounts co-mingled with each other. By adding in the social media sections, it’s possible to showcase your most recent posts directly on the Chirp bio link.

To add the social accounts to the Chirp bio link, the social accounts must be connected to the creator’s Chirp account and have at least one post on that social account’s feed.

To add an account, click the box next to the selected social account, then click “Save Changes.”
