How To: Delete Your Chirp Account
Yes, it's possible to delete a Chirp™️ account. And Chirp makes it easy.
While we’d hate to see you go, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary. If you decide to delete your Chirp account, please follow the steps below:
How to Delete Your Account:

Log into your Chirp account.

Click on your profile picture to open the menu.

Select Settings.
-
Scroll down to Delete Account.

Click Delete Account to start the process.

Confirm by clicking the second Delete Account prompt—just to be sure.
Optional but appreciated: We'd love to understand why you're leaving. Please take a moment to complete our exit survey—your feedback helps us improve.
What Happens After Deletion:
Once your account is deleted:

You’ll receive a confirmation email.

You will no longer have access to the Chirp platform.
-
All Chirp bio links will be deactivated.
-
You’ll no longer be eligible for referrals.
-
Balances under $100 will not be paid out.
Note: Agencies cannot delete accounts on their own.
Want Your Account Back?
We know mistakes happen, or you might change your mind! That’s why you can reclaim your account within 90 days of deletion.
How to Reclaim:

Log into your Chirp account.

Click Reclaim My Account.
If You Reclaim Within 90 Days:

Your referral bonuses will be paid (if eligibility criteria are met).

Your account balance will be reinstated:
-
If under $100: restored as-is.
-
If over $100: paid out once payment details are updated.

Don't Want it Back?
After 90 days, your data and balance are handled as follows:

All Chirp account and page data will be permanently deleted.

Any payment details stored in Tipalti will be erased (if previously added).

Balances:

$100 or less: forfeited.

Over $100:

With payment details: paid out.

Without payment details: forfeited.
