How do I delete my Chirp account?

Deleting your Chirp account is easy. Click here to learn how. 

Why are my new social media posts not appearing on my Chirp page?

The sync between your Chirp page and your social account(s) occurs once per day. Once the next sync happens, the new content will appear.

If your new Instagram (IG) content still does not appear after a day or two, look into your IG settings as it may mean that app access with IG was revoked somehow (accidentally or intentionally). To fix, simply reconnect your Chirp account to your IG account.

Why are deleted social media posts still showing on my Chirp page?

The sync between your Chirp page and your social account(s) occurs once per day. Once the next sync happens, the deleted content will disappear.

Can I have more than one Chirp page?

Yes, you can have multiple Chirp pages within your Chirp account. To add additional Chirp pages, click on the 'Create New' button from the 'Pages' section and follow the same process to build your page as you did with your original page. 

Can I change the URL of my Chirp page?

Yes! Learn how to change your URL here

If the URL is already in use, the new URL will not save. Please enter a new URL or use what you already have in place. Once a unique URL is found, it can be saved.

Why was my ad monetization disabled?

If your account has its monetization disabled, your page does not comply with Chirp's compliance policies. To learn more about our policies, please click here

What happens to my account if I do not add my banking details?

You can still earn revenue. However, banking details are required for payout so any revenue generated will be held until the details are added. Learn how to add your banking details here

Why can't I connect my Instagram account?

Confirm that your Instagram account is a business or professional account before connecting. This is a requirement to connect your Instagram account to your Chirp account. 

If you still experience issues connecting your Instagram account after confirming it's a business/professional account, please email support@chirp.me.

When will I get my first payout? 

If your banking details are connected, you can expect to receive your first payout once your Chirp page has generated a minimum of $100 in revenue. To view data around traffic to your page and revenue generated, please look at the 'Dashboard' section while logged in. 

The more traffic your Chirp page has and the more your followers interact with the ads on the page, the more revenue you likely will generate. Learn how to grow your revenue here
